On July 16, 2008 it changed its name to Endeavour Financial Corporation and then on September 14, 2010 it changed its name to Endeavour Mining Corporation (hereinafter “Endeavour” or the “Company” or the “Group”). Its corporate office is located at 5 Young Street, London, United Kingdom and its executive office is located at 7 Boulevard des Moulins, Monaco. Endeavour's ordinary shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the symbol “EDV” and quoted in the United States on OTCQX International under the symbol “EDVMF”.
