Endeavour Mining Corporation was incorporated on July 25, 2002 under the laws of the Cayman Islands under the name Endeavour Mining Capital Corp. On July 16, 2008 it changed its name to Endeavour Financial Corporation and then on September 14, 2010 it changed its name to Endeavour Mining Corporation (hereinafter “Endeavour” or the “Company” or the “Group”). Endeavour’s registered office is located at 27 Hospital Road, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Its corporate office is located at 5 Young Street, London, United Kingdom and its executive office is located at 7 Boulevard des Moulins, Monaco. Endeavour's ordinary shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the symbol “EDV” and quoted in the United States on OTCQX International under the symbol “EDVMF”.
