As per our commitment during village level stakeholder consultations, we have engaged semiskilled/unskilled Labours in our projects through contractors/sub-contractors. Also, the procurement of all the basic amenity requirements is done locally.

The company's site selection process for projects typically avoids indigenous peoples' land or areas and none of the subprojects owned by the company are located on indigenous peoples' land. Hence related issues and impacts are not envisaged.
