Global Land Forum (GLF) 2025

The 2025 Global Land Forum, taking place from 14-19 June in Bogota, Colombia, is organised by the International Land Coalition (ILC), in partnership with the Colombian National Organizing Committee. The unique event brings together ILC members and other stakeholders from grassroots organisations, activists, local and international NGOs, and researchers, to multilateral organisations and government agencies from around the world to advance understanding of the complex and dynamic political, economic, environmental and social linkages between land governance, food security, poverty and democracy.

The event will include field visits, high-level sessions, senior officials sessions, and many thematic events, driving partnership for action. This year’s themes are agrarian reform, agrifood systems transformation, and the climate and biodiversity crises with a focus on the just energy transition.
