Goldman Sachs was the founding investor in ReNew Power (since 2011). As of 2018, Goldman held >50% stake in ReNew.​ Thus, indirectly, Goldman was a key investor in Rajgarh post-2018 through its majority ownership of ReNew. Goldman's stake has since diluted after ReNew’s public listing, but at acquisition time it effectively financed the growth that included Rajgarh

Wind World (India) Limited (WWIL)

Wind World supplied all 63 turbines (Enercon 800 kW models) and constructed the wind farm​. It also handles ongoing Operations & Maintenance. Not an equity investor, but a key partner via a supply contract. Possibly involved in land aggregation and site development prior to Ostro’s takeover​. Wind World’s subsidiary “Wind World Wind Resources Development” helped secure sites like Rajgarh for projects​. So they were instrumental in project execution, though they do not own the asset.
