Mytrah Agriya Power Private Limited (MAGRPPL) was incorporated on January 4, 2016, with its principal activity being the generation and sale of electricity from solar energy. The company currently operates a total capacity of 100 MW through power plants located in Wanaparthy and Kamareddy, Telangana. Previously, MAGRPPL was a wholly owned subsidiary of Mytrah Energy India, which, in turn, was a subsidiary of Mytrah Energy Limited's Bindu Vayu (Mauritius) Limited. However, following a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 9, 2022, and effective March 29, 2023, MAGRPPL became a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Neo Energy Limited, which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited (Data Source 1, Page 16).
