Amakhala Emoyeni RE Project 1 (RF) (Pty) Ltd is the formal entity established to manage the operations of the Amakhala Emoyeni Wind Farm. This special purpose vehicle (SPV) is majority-owned by Cennergi (Pty) Ltd, which holds 95% of the shares. The remaining 5% is shared equally between the Cookhouse Community Trust and the Bedford Community Trust (2.5% each). These trusts represent the local communities and were set up as part of the project’s commitment to Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) initiatives.
