PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is the parent company of PT PLN Nusantara Power, which then has a subsidiary PT PLN Nusantara Renewables, which then has a subsidiary PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Investindo (PJBI). Next, it has another subsidiary called PT Pembangkit Jawa Baskara Investasi Cirata (PJBIC). Then it has a subsidiary in collaboration or joint venture with Masdar, called PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Masdar Solar Energi (PMSE).
