As at 2011, some sources state that CREC has the largest share of 33%, followed by Sinohydro (30%), then CMEC, and lastly Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (5%), which has a fairly small share.
As at 2008, Chinese enterprises in the joint venture would hold a 68% stake in the Sicomines consortium, while Gécamines would retain the remaining 32%.
