Previously majority-owned by GSFF - 53%, with Diversified International Timber Holdings - 35% (investor 2094) and Diocese of Niassa - 10% (Investor 2095). It is not clear if these other shareholders maintained their stake in the company when Green Resources acquired the GSFF assets.
