KL-Kepong International Limited (KLK) owns 54.77% of the shares of Equatorial Palm Oil PLC, while Blakeney Management and Praetorian Resources Limited owns 11.77% and 3.79% respectively. 30.66% of the shares of Equatorial Palm Oil PLC is owned publicly. Effective December 20, 2013, KL-Kepong International Ltd, a wholly owned unit of KLK acquired 63.181% interest in Equatorial Palm Oil PLC.
