On the operating level, out of 700 workers, 178 are women, 521 are men. On the holding level, the Group out of all the employees employed 65% men and accordingly 35% women (2018-2020). The number of women in leadership positions in Segezha Group at the end of 2021 was 24% among senior managers and 35% among middle and junior managers.
