"The meetings with the farmers on the start-up phase have been prepared but the meetings itself have not been conducted. Interviews with 4 farmers showed that one of them remembers signing some land acquisition agreement and only two heard about the wind farm construction plans. None of the 7 farmers were compensated for the land transfer with land or cash."
