The project is financed by EBRD for a long-term loan that amounted to 150 million to SyvashEnergoProm LLC. Also, The French company Total Eren invested in the construction of wind farms in the start-up phase but currently, when the project is implemented, it does not share its ownership in operating company (according to the national register)
