Endeavour, indirectly through its subsidiaries, Ity Holdings (formerly, Endeavour Cayman CIV) and Keyman Investment, holds an 85% stake in SMI and SMD. The remaining interest in SMI and SMD is held as follows - 5% by SODEMI, the State-owned mining company, and 10% by the State of Côte d'Ivoire.
