The PE 49 permit was initially issued to La Mancha Côte d’Ivoire SARL (LMCI), a wholly owned exploration subsidiary of Endeavour in April 2018 and then transferred to SMD on 10 September 2018 in Decision Notice 0126/MMG/DGMG. It expires on 11 April 2032.
