The Loundougou and Toukoulaka concessions were merged in 2006. The original contract from 2002 was for 552,676ha whereas the amended contract signed in 2012 is for 571,100ha. Out of the 571,100ha, 444,100ha can be used for production activities, divided into forestry blocks with a max logging period of 4-6 years.
