In consultation with the National Rural Registration System (SNCR) of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA) (carried out on May 21, 2024), seven Suzano Papel e Celulose properties were identified in the municipality of Três Lagoas, totaling 17,693.8 hectares:
