Comment on land area

First size reduction was caused by Directive 01BB issued in May 2012 by Prime Minister Hun Sen. Second size reduction happened in March 2019 due to a request by Ratanakiri’s governor for Cambodian agriculture ministry to return 742 hectares of customary land wrongly included in HAGL’s agricultural land concessions.
