Overall comment
Currently assigned as the largest milk producer in Serbia. The operating company was formerly owned by small shareholders. After the privatization processes, the company was acquired at 65% share by Al Dahra investor, and the shareholders (who were also the workers within the deal) were supposed to receive compensation from the government. According to legislation, after privatization for workers, they were to receive a total of 11.8 million euros in favor of a 15 percent share but obtained only 2 million
