(1)Permission of special water use from 2017-08-15 to 2020-08-15. Needs - for drinking, sanitary/hygienic and production, for agriculture (stockbreeding and spraying of crops). (2) Permission of special water use from 2020-03-30 to 2023-03-30 {Branch "Ridnyi kraj" and branch Zernoprodukt MHP "Yampilsky Elevator".

(1) Groundwater - water well #1-9 [Bilogyrskyi district] , Surface water - river Polkva. (2) water wells.

(1) Limit of water extracted - 94,5 thousand m3 per year [surface water for agriculture needs- 1.6 thousand m3, groundwater for agriculture needs - 85.7 thousand m3 per year], discharge of return water(cesspool) - 7,2 thousand m3 per year. (2) Limit if water extracted - 163,2 thousand m3 per year (for production needs - 149 thousand m3 per year, for drinking, sanitary/ hygienic - 9 thousand m3 per year. Transfer used water to the second water user - 5,2 thousand m3 per year , discharge of return water (to surface water - 4,8 thousand m3 per year, to the cesspool - 13,8 thousand m3 per year)
