The operating company was accused of not paying the leasing fee in an appropriate way to smallholder's land plots.The prosecutor requested to collect from LLC "Agrotop" in favor of smallholder the leasing fee under the land lease agreement dated December 14, 2006 and December 15, 2006 in the amount of 16,164 hryvnias, as well as to terminate the above agreements due to non-fulfillment of the essential terms of the agreement
