Permission of special water use dated from 2019-10-02 to 2024-10-02. Purpose: drinking, sanitary, production needs, transfer water to the population, and secondary water users.

Groundwater - wells [river Sejm] - near villages Shiryaevo, Minakovo, Knyazivka; Surface water - from the pond [river Sejm] ( outside the village Shiryaevo);

Water intake limit - 53 051 m3 per year; Water use limit - 8900 m3 per year; transfer - 39 266 m3 per year; discharge of return water (to the cesspool) - 1 000 m3 per year; losses in water supply systems -4 885 m3 per year
