In 2017, the operating company had a conflict with another large-scale company about 178 land plots (sized 373 ha). The operating company leases these plots from smallholders since 2009 however register indicated that land rights belong to another company. Ultimately, the Commission of the Ministry of Justice returned land rights to the operating company.
