In 2017, the operating company had a land conflict. Anatoliy Svyrydov, the head of Promin-Podillya LLC, appealed to law enforcement officers with a statement regarding the illegal seizure of land plots and re-registration of lease agreements to another company.

In 2020, the operating company allocated 536 373 UAH for local communities. Benefits: support of schools and kindergartens, repair of roads and utilities, financial help with lighting. Also, supported Ukrainian army. Funds and supports the Zelenokurylovsky Lyceum (2024). The operating company also donated 2 medical equipment for the local community doctors (2024).
