In 2018, the operating company appropriated and sprinkled 400 hectares of pasture (owned by the villagers) As a result, cattle almost died and there was no hay for the winter. The company explained that these plots were transferred to them as unclaimed pai and leased them for 7 years, though smallholders did not sign any agreements. The government explained that land is the property of the district state administration. A total of 106 contracts was concluded for 243 hectares. However, the dispute between smallholder, the company and council still exists.

In 2020, the operating company allocated 406 000 UAH for local communities. Benefits: support of schools and kindergartens, repair of roads and utilities, financial help with lighting.
