Concession Agreement (CA) signed on 10/02/2011 The Power Purchase Agreement with Electricite Du Laos (EDL) was signed on October 28, 2010 and the purchase agreement with Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) was signed on March 02, 2011. On August 10, 2016, Xekaman 1 Power Company Limited (under Viet Lao Power Joint Stock Company) and Electricity of Viet Nam (EVN) successfully put the 230kV transmission line into operation. According the monitoring report of EIA implementation in 2018, 3 villages (Dakbou, Souksavang and Tangkeu villages) consisted of 163 households with total 815 people were resettled. In the upstream of reservoir area, more than 14,980 ha of forest area were flooded (included the wildlife habitat and Dong Ampham conservation area 1).
