The conflict between the operating company and another large-scale agricultural company about a number of land contracts. In 2007, the operating company signed land agreements with smallholders, but in 2014 the same land plots were concluded with another company. The court investigation found new contacts illegal as they have been still valid within the operating company agreement.

The company bought and installed a bus stop for the residents of the Obodiv community.
