The deal is a part of Cascade Agro holding. In 2021, there were media reports claiming at least 2 intentions from different investors to buy Cascade holding. The antimonopoly committee gave permission of acquisition but no further ownership change process has not started yet. Thus, the deal should be investigated again in near future.
