Comment on negotiation status

The first original lease, between smallholder and the company, was signed in 2008. Another one was signed in 2014. The Company sold to another investor in 2018. According to UA legislation duration of the land lease agreement should be at least 7 years so part of land lease agreements could be prolonged automatically.
