Deal was splited from #1033. The operating company was part of the Kernel group. For 2020, Agrofirma Ukraine Agricultural LLC was terminated due to the reorganization. The assignee is Enselko Agro LLC which is also part of the Kernel group and previously was an intermediary company. It seems like the Kernel group terminates its small companies and combines them with the larger ones, but the further investigation needs to be conducted.
