*At the Ho Chi Minh offices of Sojitz Vietnam, there are 34 women out of a total of 51 locally-hired staff. Similarly at the Hanoi Branch, women account for 17 out of the 22 locally-hired staff. It is no exaggeration to say that women are at the forefront of Sojitz's business in Vietnam. *Women are able to successfully balance work and family thanks to the support and understanding of their communities. At Sojitz Vietnam, women make up 70% of the workforce.
