Comment on implementation status
The project was revoked in Quang Ngai and LamDong. Tan Mai Group has 2 projects whose licenses have been revoked, delaying implementation. Tan Mai Quang Ngai paper and server project, with construction in progress recorded as of September 2019 is more than 4,000 billion VND. However, in April 2018, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province revoked the investment license, making the project behind schedule. Similarly, in the Tan Mai Lam Dong paper factory project, in January 2014, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province also revoked the investment certificate, because the investor could not afford to continue implementing the project.
