WHA Hemaraj Industrial Zone in Nghe An will comprise both integrated industrial zone and, later on, high tech, commercial, and township development with a lease term of up to 70 years.

Hermaraj – Cienco4 JSC will be established under the authorization of WHA Hemaraj Land and Development (SG) Pte. Ltd - Cienco4 with the percentage of shares respectively of 80% -20%.

Hermaraj – Cienco4 Joint venture will implement the investment in IZ development stage 1 with the area of 500ha at the Nam Cam IZ, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An province. The project will be expected to start in January 2017 and complete in 2021. The whole project is divided into 7 stages of development that will be commenced in 2017 and completed in 2038.
