In 2019 Goodvalley had 708 female employees corresponding to 31% of the total workforce. In 2019 the share of women in management positions increased from 25% to 30% compared to 2018. In 2021, 32% of Goodvalley’s employees are women, and 30% of Goodvalley managers are women.
