MASEN runs the project with participation of international investors and technology providers from the European Union (EU), mainly Germany and Spain, and also Saudi Arabia. The project was developed on a build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis by ACWA Power Ouarzazate, a consortium of ACWA Power, the Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy (Masen), Aries and TSK.
