States that Al Qudra is planning to acquire 400,000 ha of lands in countries such as Australia, Croatia, Egypt, Eritrea, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine and Vietnam. They plan to have the land through leases (20-30 years), concessions, and outright purchases. While they have already secured lands in countries such as Algeria and Morocco, they are allegedly still in discussions with Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. Al Qudra is more known producing wheat, dairy, and livestock but it is said that they plan to produce maize and rice as well.
