Silverlands Tanzania have built a strong team of women in middle-management, many grown internally from humble backgrounds. Since Makota farm was purely poultry and feed milling as per the 2019 ESG annual report, the same report indicates that in 2023, 117,000 smallholder poultry farmers economically benefit from Silverlands Tanzania’s poultry or feed - 70-80% of whom are women
