Contract states: "The plot of any road or any pathway or evacuation from the territory of the concession must be subject to consultation with local communities and / or indigenous peoples residents during the preparation of the development plan. The preparation of the management plan and the development plan of the concession gives rise to a distribution of all relevant documentation to local communities and / or indigenous peoples and local residents to regular consultations with them on issues of interest concession and rights. The administration can attend the consultation sessions.
