The Group is jointly controlled by AFK Sistema and members of the Louis-Dreyfus family. The group includes Rostov-East Cluster with 40,000 hectares ZAO «Vishnevskoe», ZAO «Krasnaya zvezda», OAO «PSH Markinskoe». Stavropol-West Cluster with 10 hectares( on the development stage) OAO "SP Novotroitskoe". The Krasnodar Cluster is currently being formed.
