Goldtree merged with Natural Habits in July 2019. This gives Phatisa an almost 50% stake, Finnfund will hold 22.51% and Natural Habitats Europe Africa 27.5% stake. Goldtree Holdings is new operating company name. Previous operating Company name: Natural Habitats Sierra Leone Ltd, PC previously only Natural Habitats.
