The project may be developed in partnership with local smallholders. Smallholders will receive a third of the profits from the sales to CPO processing Mill in consideration for providing the land. This initiative has most likely been cancelled and replaced by a potential shareholding in Norpalm which operates palm oil plantation in Ghana (deal 3773)
