There were approximately 24,000 workers not included in these reports (comprising an estimated 85% of their total workforce) who also work for these companies that was reported last April of 2019. Dolefil employs 4,600 regular employees, with salaries ranging from Php 252 (minimum wage) to more than Php700 per day (or eight hours) depending on their length of service (Anonymous, 2014). The rest of its workforce of at least 9,800 are casuals who perform seasonal farm activities of planting, field maintenance, and harvesting. These are also called service providers organized under six different cooperatives that was reported last February of 2015.
