Initiated in 2007 through Palm Oil IGA (Income Generating Activity) programs held in the Pangkut Village, Sukarami Village and Gandis Village, the program enabled them to own their own small scale palm oil plantation as a source of long term income. The company has been maintaining the customary culture of the Dayak Tomun tribe to continue to preserve the Traditional Culture of the Dayak Tomun Tribe.
