None of the villages has been consulted on the implementation of the land concession around their villages, and apart from Ka Nat Thum, no village has detailed information on the investments. Villagers from In village only know the company originates from Vietnam, and that their paddy field would be left out of the concession (see above). Dal Veal Leng villagers state that they do not even know what “they want to plant”, but they know that the former company was called Cheng Ly, and that now there is a new company whose name they do not know.
