There has been a steady rise in women being promoted and recruited at more senior levels 2.Miro has committed to the 2X challenge to increasing numbers of female employees to an average of 40% across operations. There has been a 3% increase in female employment over the last three years, Miro is currently rolling out initiatives to scale this up.
