Women used to use the land for cultivation of crops. Now women have become farm labourers in other farms in nearby forests or villages; while others have been rendered jobless, and hungry.The disappearance of the forests has caused that now women must go far away to get herbs to treat some ailments. They want their lands back, their trees planted again and also to be fully compensated for the destroyed crops.
