the Sudanese Ministry of Agriculture had signed an agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture in the context of the Sudanese Egyptian Protocol of Cooperation between the two countries. The intention is to develop one million acres of the famous Gezira Scheme in the Sudan i.e. half of the total area of the Scheme
