"According to the terms of their investment agreement, Green Resources is supposed make annual rental payments of $12,500 US to the local community. They are also supposed to assist with a number of development projects, including the building of a school, health facilities, and a community office. It is not clear whether these projects would be funded by the annual rental payment or whether they would be provided in addition to that payment."
