"The current land under lease to Bidco at Bugala (Kalangala) is I think 6,225 hectares. Thus far a further 6,500 ha has been purchased at Buvuma with another 1600ha possibly to be purchased. This will be the "gross" amount, of which up to 25% (I think) could be for infrastructure, the buffer strip, unusable and used for other purposes."
